WAHOO I got a perfect test call today.. a few times every month management or training calls through relay and grade the CA, making sure they are following procedures, using correct punctuation and capitolization and spelling.. proper format, and how quickly we relay the call.. etc Anyway, its pretty hard to get a perfect test call.. I’ve been here a year and I’ve probalby had 10 perfect test calls.. and only 3 since they started giving out awards (which was since March) it used to be easier to get a perfect test call cause it just depended on your TL but now I think training is grading all the test calls.. aaaannywhooo… i was craving a twix real bad and was trying to mooch 30 cents and then they bring me over a twix and a paper
